SPGEventFormer - A Complete Meeting, Planning and Incentive Travel Solution

The “SPGEventFormer” meeting registration website and registration form (designed and monitored by SPG on a secure server) allows the following transactions to occur, information to be provided and special features to be available:

  • SPG will create an on-line location where registrants can go to register for the meeting or event. This web site will include informational pages and registration form(s) custom designed especially for your event  The website can reside at www.spgeventformer.com/yournamehere  and can be linked to your company website. 
  • The website will be professionally designed and created to meet your needs and meeting goals.  It can include a Welcome Page, a Hotel and Travel Page and an Agenda Page, just to name a few. 
  • SPG will create a Custom Registration Form, a data collection form for attendees to enter information on-line.
  • After registering attendees will see an Immediate Confirmation page; an immediate auto-response upon completion of the registration process; and a Confirmation Email, an auto-response confirmation email listing any of the data collected and any further instructions.
  • Logos and theme lines may be incorporated into the web page(s). 
  • You can announce early registration promotions and registration deadlines to registrants.
  • At SPG we ensure that registration information is collected and housed in a secure database. Please feel free to request information on SPG’s Privacy Policy by emailing request@summitpg.com.
  • You can password protect and provide a message refusing entry into the registration webpage to any registrant that is not in the event database (if desired).          
  • Process immediate financial transactions on-line via credit card.
  • Secure room reservations and note “special requirements” as it pertains to the room reservation requests, ie. non-smoking, handicap, etc. (if required).
  • Provide current reports in a “flexible format” and a “real time” manner that can be manipulated by SPG or the Meeting Management Team to provide virtually any type of information. Provide “any combination” of custom reports from all the data collected. Including; Hotel Rooming List, Attendee List, Arrival and Departure Requests, Activity/Meeting Registration Lists, etc.
  • Provide a Customer Service Center for registrants, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Pacific Time).  The Customer Service Center will correspond via email, phone and fax.  SPG can establish and provide a special meeting 800 number, which will be publicized as “The ABC Company’s  Meeting Services Department” to field all registrant requests including calls, questions, inquiries and changes pertaining to the meeting registration. 
  • Provide complete and current database information management.
  • Mass Email Travel Info Letter to final attendee list with hotel information, travel dates and final agenda.
